About Mind Cache Path

A Bangkok practice devoted to the financial audit of wealth management applications — patient file work, clear findings, no theatre.

Why we exist

Wealth management applications are where money, identity, and authority meet on paper. A single mismatched risk score or unsigned fee page can delay custody funding for weeks. Mind Cache Path was formed in Bangkok to give private banks, advisory boutiques, and family offices an independent desk that reads those applications the way an auditor would — carefully, specifically, and without selling the underlying products.

Origin

Our founders spent years inside onboarding and periodic-review teams serving cross-border Thai and regional clients. They saw the same friction: relationship managers racing committee dates, compliance asking for exhibits that never made the pack, and application files that looked complete until someone compared page three with page nineteen. The firm began as a specialist review desk and remains deliberately narrow: financial audit of wealth management applications, not general consulting.

How we work

  • File first. We start from the documents you send, not from a generic checklist alone.
  • Plain findings. Each issue is written so an operations colleague can act without translation.
  • Proportionate depth. A custody-only pack and a multi-entity discretionary mandate do not receive identical treatment.
  • Local presence. Meetings and courier drop-offs happen at Level 11, 91 Ploenchit Road, Lumphini, Bangkok 10330; remote review covers the rest of Thailand.

People

Our auditors combine private-banking operations experience with formal audit training. Engagement leads stay with a file from intake to findings call. We introduce specialists only when a pack involves unusual structures — for example, layered holding companies supporting a single wealth application.

Values

Honesty about what a document does and does not prove. Respect for client confidentiality. Clear boundaries: we audit applications; we do not manage portfolios or solicit accounts.

Community and place

Bangkok’s wealth corridor along Ploenchit and Wireless Road is our working neighbourhood. We keep office hours that match bank settlement calendars and understand Thai–English bilingual packs as the norm, not the exception.
