Refund & cancellation policy
Refunds, deposits, rescheduling, and cancellations for Mind Cache Path audit engagements.

This policy applies to professional audit engagements with Mind Cache Path for financial audits of wealth management applications. Website content itself is free; refunds concern fees paid under an engagement letter or confirmed estimate.
Eligibility
Refunds depend on how far the engagement has progressed and whether a deposit or full fee was paid. Informal website inquiries carry no charge and no refund scenario.
Timeframe to request
Contact us within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, cancellation confirmation or delivery of a deliverable you dispute), unless the engagement letter sets a different window.
Full refund
A full refund of amounts paid is generally available if:
- You cancel in writing before we confirm document intake, and
- We have not begun substantive review of your materials
Partial refund
If review has begun but no findings memo has been delivered, we may refund the unused portion after deducting time already spent at the rates in the engagement letter, with a minimum deduction equal to 30% of the quoted fee for administrative setup.
Non-refundable items
- Fees for completed findings memos and clarification calls already held
- Rush premiums once the rush window has been reserved and work scheduled
- Third-party costs you asked us to incur (for example, courier charges billed at cost), once paid
Work already started
Opening and inventorying your pack, preliminary reads, and drafting findings count as started work. Delivery of a final memo usually closes refund eligibility except for proven delivery failure on our side.
Deposits
Deposits secure scheduling. If you cancel after intake confirmation, the deposit is applied to work performed; any unused remainder may be refunded under the partial-refund rules above. Deposits are not transferable to unrelated third parties.
Cancellation & rescheduling
You may reschedule a findings call once at no charge with at least two business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a THB 2,500 administrative fee. We may reschedule for illness or force majeure and will offer a new slot promptly.
No-shows
If you miss a scheduled clarification call without notice, we are not obliged to refund fees for that call portion; we will offer one alternative slot within ten business days.
Materials
We do not sell physical goods. Client documents remain yours; we return or securely destroy copies per the engagement letter. There are no product returns.
Refund process & timing
Email info@mindcachepath.digital with your engagement reference, reason, and payment details used. We confirm receipt within two business days and aim to complete approved refunds within 14 business days via the original payment method where possible.
