These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to https://mindcachepath.digital (the “Site”) and, where applicable, professional engagements with Mind Cache Path (“we,” “us”) for financial audits of wealth management applications.

Acceptance

By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Engagement letters for audit work may add or modify terms for a specific project; where they conflict with these Site Terms on professional services, the engagement letter controls for that project.

Services described

Pages describing audits, rates, and timelines are informational. They are not a binding offer. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written engagement letter or confirmed estimate.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we create remain our property or that of our licensors unless an engagement letter assigns deliverables otherwise. Findings memos produced for a client are licensed for that client’s internal compliance and operations use. You may not copy Site content for commercial republication without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content through forms, or use our contact channels to spam. We may suspend access that threatens the Site’s integrity.

No professional advice via the Site

General articles in Field Notes and marketing pages do not constitute audit opinions, legal advice, or investment advice. Formal conclusions appear only in deliverables issued under an engagement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from Site use or reliance on general website content. For paid engagements, liability caps and exclusions are set in the engagement letter. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or from materials you supply that infringe third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from Site use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
